The location is incredibly comfortable and easy and near a subway station. There is a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Sino Thai that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we truly enjoyed where it was located.

The studio is recently refurbished and has climate control, a good heating and a kettle.

The staff were excellent at all times.

It was in a central location, really close to Waterloo station. Also, tourist destinations and Lower Marsh Market were at a small distance.

Clean place & useful staff especially the receptionists. Excellent and incredible location in a charming street close to Waterloo station. Again, walking distance to a cantilevered observation wheel.

The Twin Studio offered a clean, well-equipped space with modern decor that makes for a comfortable stay, perfect for families. The kitchenette setup helps in preparing simple meals, a plus for anyone looking to save a couple of credits on dining out.

While the room layout works well, the size felt a bit cramped, especially for a family stay. The requirement of a £50 deposit upon arrival, especially when the payment card had to match the initial charge, complicated the check-in process more than it should. Having to deal with card issues at the front desk took time and attention away from settling in. Lastly, the double bed in the studio might be a tight squeeze for two tall adults, possibly leading to some uncomfortable nights on the rockier side of life.

Staying here allowed me to enjoy the modern decor and spacious room while being just a short walk away from iconic spots like the Coca-Cola London Eye and the Houses of Parliament, made my weekend in the city good. The vibrant South Bank area, with its selection of cafes and views of the Thames, added to the charm of my stay.

Loved my stay with two comfy beds and a powerful shower that made mornings great! The peaceful lounge area and cozy garden were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Just a heads up, the room could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

the wifi was a lil slow sometimes and we had a small leak in the corridor that took a bit to fix.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in London with great value. The room I stayed in was comfortable with nice décor. Make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The room was immaculate and well-equipped. The location is ideal, with a market and eateries right outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it 😊
